Being close to Venice is a big plus. The private, fenced parking lot lets you park your car safely, and the price is fair while the staff were consistently friendly. Unfortunately, the breakfast isn’t very vegan‑friendly, which is a common issue in many hotels. Even with the windows shut, traffic outside is audible enough to disturb the night’s rest. It would be better to offer shower gel in refillable dispensers instead of small plastic packets—this would be more practical and environmentally friendly.

The location is excellent for Venice, easy to reach, with a bit of guidance, the staff had great tips on how to get to Venice. The parking is lit and has video surveillance. The breakfast was barely adequate (really tiny). The chairs in the room need new upholstery or at least a clean‑up. The chic restaurant has too many fish dishes.

The spot was good, but what you get for the price doesn’t line up. The toilet flush was broken. It was the last room on the third floor, and the elevator only goes to the second floor. A corner of the floor was either dirty or damp. The staff were good and friendly. Still, the room was average for the high price.
