1. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everyone answered my questions quickly. 2. The interior design and décor were elegant. 3. Large windows let me see the streets while curtains kept privacy. The only drawback: water, coffee, and tea bags are delivered to the room only when requested, which is probably part of the hotel’s sustainability policy.

Comfortable, cozy and clean guest rooms; great location; delicious made-to-order breakfast at Abuela's; great cocktails and smashburger at 2b; hospitality;. External factor: E-hailing (e.g. GrabCar) pickup/dropoff point is on Scout Rallos, which is around the corner of the hotel entrance; no universal electrical outlet (must pack an adaptor)

“Excellent accommodation, proximity to restaurants and shopping centres”

This place really exceeded my expectations. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help me with everything from checking in late to recommending local restaurants. The hotel itself was spotless, and the breakfast was top-notch - fresh fruit, pastries, and a great selection of hot and cold options. Plus, the location was perfect, just a short walk from the city centre and all the main attractions.
