Location, facing a bus stop that took us everywhere and having an elevator for me was essential. The hot water in the bathroom was not enough for a long or consecutive hot shower because the boiler is small. I also missed a warmer duvet; there was only a sheet.

Good location, close to many tourist attractions. When booking, guests should be clearly informed which room they are actually booking, ideally with photos of the specific room. The photos shown for the different room types all seemed to have a view of a beautiful, quiet street, so we expected something similar. In reality, we were given a very dark room with a window overlooking a back courtyard where there was barely any air circulation. There was no natural sunlight, and the room itself felt quite strange and completely different from what we had expected based on the photos. The first impression was especially disappointing as we arrived much later than the usual check-in time, late at night, and were simply not expecting to find such a room
This was a perfect stay, and great value! It felt very safe, and it was in a great location. Everything was walkable, if you’re willing to walk a bit! There were ample towels provided, the room was clean, and had coffee and tea stocked as well. Overall this stay had everything that I needed, and was a great place to stay and explore Rome
