The location is quiet, near a lake, with many walking paths. The house is clean, the kitchen has everything needed, the house was tidy, and the rooms had beds and cleaning supplies ready. The bathroom is old but well maintained. The house was pleasantly warm, each room has its own AC, and the layout is spacious and ideal for groups. The basement with the kitchen also has a common area for socializing. They have a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. I recommend it. The only issue was the need to replace the worn-out chairs in the common area; everything else had no complaints.

The apartment’s location is very convenient, close to the center, and near both a pedestrian zone and a free beach. The apartment looks very nice in photos, but reality is a bit different. The kitchenette is good, the equipment is average, and a microwave was missing; a few extra dishes would have helped. The dining area is basically adequate. The outdoor seating is modest but sufficient, with space in front of the apartment for ball games or badminton. The space is smaller than shown in the photos; the main living area is absolutely without storage, cleanliness is average, the windows have dust, etc. The bedroom is tiny, the mattress is bad, and it feels like a wall. The only wardrobe in the entire apartment is in this small room, which is absolutely unsuitable for four people. The bathroom, besides the sink, is old; for me it was a total minus for the whole stay, even with the bedroom.

The beach is close, but there was no pool as advertised.
