We appreciated having on‑site parking, but when we arrived in late July we were given a single double bed instead of the twin beds we had booked months earlier in February. The bed was noisy, uncomfortable, and of poor quality. The front desk staff spoke too quickly and didn’t slow down even though we made it clear we weren’t native English speakers, so we barely understood the information given. Wi‑Fi was another issue: the dual‑password system was unnecessarily complicated, yet the connection was unreliable. At breakfast around 8 am the staff didn’t greet us; we felt our lack of knowledge about the process was more amusing to them than helpful. Their response, accompanied by a laugh, felt unwelcoming. Also, breakfast isn’t actually included; it’s only credited at 200 NAD per person, while menu items cost between 150 and 195 NAD, so you usually end up ordering just one dish, which is very limited for a hotel of this class. We also ran into a manager on several occasions, including on arrival and at breakfast.
