“Bad, bad experience ever. We couldn't stay there. How was this place registered for booking.”

There was nothing I liked about the place; it was filthy, not a hotel at all, and we booked at the last minute but chose to forfeit our money rather than sleep on those beds. The rooms shown to us looked like backrooms in a township or boys’ dorms, the shower was a mess, the blankets were dirty, and we couldn’t even sit there; there was no mirror in the rooms and we had to drive back five hours at night after the wedding because we couldn’t imagine staying there.

There was no bar fridge, no shower curtains so the floor got wet when I showered, and the mattress was old with worn pillows and blankets.

I found the place not safe at all, and the so‑called manager lacked customer‑care skills, making me regret paying for services that weren’t rendered. The so‑called security officer was not properly trained and I suspect he isn’t registered with Psira.

It’s a noisy place right opposite a nightclub; the noise level was high at night, there were no chairs or tables, no wardrobe, no Wi‑Fi, the TV didn’t work, only one towel was provided, there was no shower gel, and when I asked, I was told there’s a shop opposite the road. There was no parking, and my car was parked on the street at night.

It’s located in the CBD, but I didn’t feel safe because there was too much movement in the building. The room lacked a basin, fan/air‑con, and the microwave oven was dirty.
