Location not bad, breakfast not included, bistro food average. Cleanliness and housekeeping could have been better.
The room was huge, more than I expected. It was very comfortable, clean, and there were plenty of towels. It needs a safe.

The gentleman who checked me in was fantastic. I arrived early and he rearranged things so I could get into my room; I love the security, knowing they take every step to keep me safe as a single woman. The lady at the front desk when I checked out was quite rude; I found her to be unprofessional and pushy, which is unacceptable after 35+ years working with customers. Housekeeping should pay closer attention to restocking; the hotel offers body wash and shampoo, but they were completely out. Make sure those items are always stocked.
