The place was spotless, staff friendly and the breakfast tasty! But our four‑person room lacked enough supplies; I had to ask for extra towels later. In the middle of the night we ran out of toilet paper because the bathroom only had a partial roll, and checking the drawers and cabinets revealed no spare. We suggest stocking more based on the number of guests staying in each room.

Staff were nice. Breakfast was 100% processed food. Whatever is wrong with plain unsweetened yogurt or unadukterated fruit? Our room was near the elevator, which was noisy

The staff were helpful, but the toilet was broken and the closet doors were damaged.

“Dirty hallways, elevators and who knows what else.”

I booked through Hampton hoping to get a room at the Sheraton, but they were shut because of a fire, so I had to scramble and ended up at a Hilton brand I’m a member of. The front desk staff were friendly, yet they were oddly underdressed for a first impression. The elevator was filthy, and as soon as the doors opened on the second floor it was still dirty. I’ve never seen a Hilton brand so unclean; it made me second‑guess my choice, but I needed a place fast. The room was acceptable but dated, the bed was hard, and the pillows were subpar. I was exhausted and tried not to dwell on it. The next morning the hallway floor was disgusting, as if no one had vacuumed it ever. I wanted to leave right away. I grabbed coffee and avoided the food because it looked terrible. The floors and elevator left a lasting impression of how repulsively dirty they were. Shame on management. When I arrived at 4 pm, a guy was wiping down a glass door that clearly didn’t need cleaning. Very disappointed.

The room was spacious, breakfast was good, and it was quiet.
