They swapped our room for a larger one as soon as we checked in, before we even had time to unpack. Initially that seemed very kind of the administrator, but then the negatives began. We had originally booked a room with a hydro‑massaging bath, but the hydro‑massage button didn’t work. The administrator said she couldn’t fix it and couldn’t give us another room either. Every room has a computer, but the one in ours had a detached keyboard and only the mouse worked. For the first time in Korea, I wasn’t given a toothbrush or condoms. Wow! You know, for that room price it’s already too much. Smoking is also not allowed.
