Heidi greeted us warmly, but the location was a real problem – just 30 metres from the number 1 expressway on one side and a freight railway line on the other – the traffic noise was unacceptable and never mentioned. This isn’t “5 star Luxury accommodation”; at best it’s 3 star. It’s a guest house and the room we stayed in, a Dormer Room, had basic, very dated facilities. The room was hot at 28 °C with no air conditioning; the bed felt old and had not been upgraded in 30 years; the carpet was old and stained. Even after asking for a room change or refund we were told it wasn’t possible.
