Air‑conditioned rooms feature flat‑screen TVs, minibars, and private showers, with balconies overlooking gardens, the pool, or mountains. Guests enjoy Mediterranean‑local buffets, Nana Madhe’s traditional cuisine, and farm‑grown produce. Nearby attractions include Rozafa Castle, Lake Skadar, and Shala River.

The place is very remote but luxurious, ideal for a stopover in the off‑season if you’re traveling by car or motorcycle.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Gardenland Resort; its location is incredibly relaxing, right amid beautiful farms and far from the town bustle (about 25–30 minutes from Shkodër). The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even letting us check out late at 14:00, which made leaving easier. Our family room was cozy and had a lovely balcony. The lock on the balcony door didn’t work, but overall it’s highly recommended for anyone wanting to unwind.

The hotel is a good value, though everything feels a bit dated and dusty, yet the breakfast is fine. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the center of Skhodër. Unfortunately the pool was closed when we arrived.

The views, the staff, and the rooms were all top‑class, and when a tiny hiccup popped up the hotel team quickly swapped us into an identical room without any hassle. The surrounding scenery, coupled with the polite, welcoming staff throughout the complex, made the whole stay even better. I can’t find any fault to mention.
