“The reality of the property did not match my expectations from the listing, and I chose not to stay.”
I didn’t get to experience enough of the property to mention any positives, as I decided not to stay after seeing the room’s condition. I’m not recommending it at all. I arrived at night intending to stay, but I didn’t feel comfortable staying there. My experience was very different from what the listing promised. There were many mosquitoes in and around the room, and the smell inside was unpleasant. The mosquito problem was especially concerning because I’m very sensitive to bites, so I chose to leave instead of staying the night. I contacted the property to explain the situation and asked if they could make an exception and refund the booking. They declined and I was charged the full amount. I understand cancellation policies exist, but I’m sharing this so future guests have a clear picture of what I personally encountered before deciding if this property suits them.
The stay was relaxing and the location was ideal for wrapping up appointments in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good.

Everything was immaculate – cleanliness, friendliness, and even the restaurant was excellent, perhaps one of the best in Bali, followed by the pool for relaxation; in short, everything. The only drawback might be that it’s slightly outside the center.

The restaurant was fine, and because the hotel is in a great location, other restaurants or delivery options are also accessible. The beach is also very close, just a 5‑minute bike ride.
