The location was good. The room and bed were smaller than expected, which was disappointing. I asked the hotel staff about possible upgrades, but they refused to help or look into alternatives. I reached out again, yet they couldn't contact the property and made little effort to assist with the upgrade request. The staff also came across as neither friendly nor welcoming. Overall, the experience fell short of my expectations, especially given the lack of support and customer service.

There was no breakfast, but the room was clean. The internet didn’t work in our room, which also made the TV unusable, and the staff member we spoke to was rude and did nothing to help.
