While my stay at this hotel had its positives, there were a few issues that left a sour taste in my mouth. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the on-site massage company failed to honor a promised discount, which was a major letdown. I would recommend skipping the hotel's massage services and heading to the nearby Green Spa instead, which offered a more affordable and satisfying experience.

My stay at this hotel was marred by the disappointing state of the rooms, which were dirty and in need of a good cleaning. The only redeeming quality was Eka, a trainee who showed genuine empathy and a desire to help. Unfortunately, her efforts were overshadowed by the hotel's overall lack of cleanliness and attention to detail.

“A bit disappointed”

I had a decent stay, but there were a few issues that marred my experience. The shower could have been cleaner, and the fridge didn't work initially. However, the real letdown was when I requested a partial refund due to the issues, but the hotel refused to resolve the matter. Instead, they directed me to another hotel, which only led to more confusion.

“Disappointing”

The rooftop pool and lobby of the hotel were lovely, but unfortunately, my stay was disrupted by a series of problems. The air conditioning broke in the middle of the night, causing water to leak onto the floor and into our luggage. I was also woken up multiple times by loud noise and talking in the corridor, which made for a terrible night's sleep. To make matters worse, the gym and pool were closed during our stay, with no prior notice given.

“Not even 2*. Don’t book here!”

The only redeeming quality of this hotel was the friendly staff, but unfortunately, that was not enough to save my stay. The rooms were in a deplorable state, with dirty floors, broken tiles, and mould. The bathroom was not cleaned, and the bed sheets were dirty. The room itself was tiny, with no space to open a suitcase. To top it all off, the location was on a busy road, making it difficult to get in and out of the hotel. The noise level was also unbearable.
