The staff and the hotel itself were fantastic. The neighborhood had a noticeable homeless presence and wasn’t the safest to wander at night, but the hotel kept us safe with building codes and other security measures. What we missed was the lack of dedicated parking or a valet service, which could have made the stay smoother.

I can’t say enough about the spot—just a 20‑minute walk to the Garden District and another 20 minutes to the French Quarter, and there’s a Wendy’s and Popeyes right next door. The place offers laundry service, a communal fridge, and a fridge in each room. There’s nothing to complain about; everything was flawless 👌

I appreciated how friendly the staff were and the room was spacious, plus we were super close to the trolley. We ran into a snag when trying to lock the door upon leaving, but the team fixed it near the end of our stay, so I understand the hiccup.
