Everything was fine, the location was great, you’re in the center. The staff were very kind and helpful, the drink was included, and breakfast was very good. I had a private room with a bathroom, it was clean, large, and the bathroom was fine. On the other hand, we were pleasantly surprised that even though it’s a hostel, everything was OK and we have no problem choosing the same accommodation next time. Yes, it’s an older facility, but you chose a hostel, for me everything was OK, thanks.

They claim you can cancel for free, yet they never reply to your messages and at the end you’re charged the full amount… ridiculous.

The location is very central and you can walk to the Duomo or take the metro to San Babila station. The breakfast is quite basic but acceptable for the price. Regarding the room, it was spacious; in my case I had to share the space but I liked it because the bunk beds are well arranged and the bathroom is quite functional.
