The hotel sits in a very nice area right next to the river, a mall, and a row of restaurants; it was very clean and the staff did everything to help guests. I must highlight Adam Yu at the front desk, who assisted me several times with any request. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was the first hotel where most of the staff spoke English. The breakfast offered a wide range of items, from more traditional Cantonese dishes to classic Western fare. The lunch and dinner also left a strong impression, especially because of the variety and freshness—most meats, fish, and seafood were prepared on site by chefs rather than pre‑packaged. Even though we didn't order a table service, the staff brought us fresh lobster as a recommended dish. Highly recommended!
