Everything was spot‑on and comfy for a couple of nights, and there was absolutely nothing to complain about.

The spot is decent, about a 20‑minute walk from the city centre on Jalan Gajah Mada, and the rates are cheap while the neighbourhood is full of eateries; there’s a hot‑and‑cold water dispenser for refilling bottles and Grab rides here are extremely inexpensive, so we relied on Grab for every trip. However, they don’t supply toilet paper and a staff member actually suggested we use the faucet on our behinds, which was absurd; also, the long‑distance bus terminal sits 10 km from the city with no bus service and no Grab available, leaving us forced to hire a pricey unofficial taxi at 150 000 RP to get to the city and again for the early‑morning return.
