The location by the quiet harbor is nice, close to all restaurants and bars. The design is good, rooms are large, and the staff are very helpful. There is no porter or doorman to help with luggage, and I’d avoid rooms on the Franshaw street side of the building because road noise during peak morning and evening traffic could be an issue.

The staff were really lovely, the room was great and comfortable. I stayed for one night to catch a concert at Spark Arena, which is only a 20‑minute walk away, and the place was fantastic.

We didn’t have breakfast, but we enjoyed a beautiful meal on the first night. The staff, especially the waitress, was extremely helpful. I wonder if I was supposed to have breakfast—if so, that wasn’t mentioned by the staff at check‑in.

The location is great, right next to the TV tower. The view is amazing and it’s highly recommended. Breakfast is only à la carte, and only one hot drink is included, which is a bit meager.
