The location, price, and room size were all good, but parking was only available on the far side of the building, so I had to walk around to unload the car, and the bedsheet I received looked dirty until a staff member gave me a clean one.

The location was great, but there was no restaurant.

The room and its décor were impressive, but the dinner selection was a bit small.

The room itself was fine, but it was cold; the promised hotel restaurant and paid dinner‑room‑breakfast package didn’t arrive—no dinner at all, which was very disappointing, and the bill was unexpectedly higher with extra cents; the breakfast was also subpar, and we never got a response to our initial reservation requests—should we blame Booking or the hotel? The Campanile chain was once excellent, but I can’t recommend it now.

Everything was very pleasant, thank you, with no issues at all.
