I was upgraded to what seemed like a better room with a castle view, but I’m not convinced the rooftop side view counts as a true castle view; the bed was a small Queen, and the TV didn’t work. The view was basically a rooftop side view, the breakfast didn’t meet expectations, and the parking fee of £40 per night was far too steep.
