The bathroom was not clean, and when I asked to be moved to another room nobody wanted to change me; I couldn’t reach customer service, the front desk was empty, and the toilet made a huge noise that couldn’t be stopped. The whole experience was horrible—I slept in filth.

The property clearly leaves much to be desired, and the breakfast was very poor. I’m willing to compromise on many things, but not on hygiene—there were hairs in the bed, the floor was disgusting, dust everywhere, absolutely unacceptable.
