The place is in a great spot, rooms are tidy and cozy. I didn’t get any heads‑up about the facilities when I arrived, and the breakfast wasn’t mentioned either.

The location was spot on and the bathroom was superb; the rooms stayed clean and the housekeeping did a solid job daily. We could see the canal from our room, which was a treat. The front desk staff were sharp and welcoming, and they even set up a free Taxi Boat and a quick Murano tour for us—really appreciated. On the downside, the restaurant service was awful; I waited more than 45 minutes for food and eventually left hungry. They even tried to bill me for a drink I never ordered, which was a real let‑down, especially since the reception was friendly and helpful.
