The apartments are spacious and modern, neat and clean. There is plenty of privacy outside each unit. The large pool is wonderful, and everyone has a private lounge chair with sunbeds. Everything was fine. A tip would be to add curtains and a car charging point, but it works well without them.

We enjoyed a lovely stay amid stunning scenery, quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Little touches, like each apartment having its own sunloungers and private dining area, made the stay extra comfortable, and we had a fantastic time. It’s tempting to stay by the pool all day, but there are plenty of beautiful beaches nearby if you want to explore. The apartment was clean and equipped enough for us to cook dinner every night. Giovanni was an exceptional host, always ready with a smile every morning. We would highly recommend a stay here.

The location was perfect for all activities, including leisure. In the center of Grosseto’s plain, surrounded by silence and nature, host Giovanni is a prepared, competent, kind, and especially helpful and friendly person. All services are above standard, the real pool is always clean, the Jacuzzi the same. Then the breakfast is excellent with first‑choice products, all in a well‑maintained building. Pets are well received. Beautiful experience to repeat. Absolutely nothing negative.
