I booked with breakfast included, yet the hotel refused to provide it. On 29 Feb 2024 the hotel charged me for breakfast, which I had to pay; after persistent negotiation the management finally allowed a partial refund of only Rs 200, even though breakfast was supposed to be included. Upon check‑in I was given room 302, which flooded with toilet water after a shower. They then moved me to a smaller room that could only accommodate two people; the toilet was shabby, the door didn’t lock, and room service was not prompt. The food at the restaurant was decent, though the location was a drawback.
