The staff were somewhat good, but the cleaning was poor, towels were missing, there was no Wi‑Fi, the floor was filthy, the toilet was dirty, the jet spray was broken, and the whole property was dirty.

The location was the only redeeming factor; the hotel gave false information in the app, had no Wi‑Fi despite repeated complaints to the manager and back‑end office, the geyser didn’t work, there was no electric kettle, the room smelled foul and was untidy, maintenance was absent, and there were no fire‑retardant provisions—overall a very bad experience.
