Modern! Great bed. Quiet but within walking distance of the hustle and bustle of Khao San Road. I walked to the Grand Palace and Wat Pho; it was very doable before the heat hit. Nice, small balcony. Above all, the hosts were so friendly, 9+. The place was clean. Some of the sealant joints in the bathroom need attention, but that didn't influence my stay.

The building was under construction in front of the view, which was a bit of a nuisance.

The staff were helpful, the room was nice and the bed was comfortable, the big TV and good air‑con were appreciated, and the balcony was great.

This place was so nice and modern, super clean, with a comfy bed and a huge TV; it was one of my favorite spots to stay while traveling across Asia, especially because it sits above a small dim sum restaurant, which added a charm that made returning at night and climbing the spiral staircase so enjoyable. The host was super friendly, arranged cleaning every other day, and gave excellent tips on food and local attractions.

Everything was great, I recommend it for a visit to Bangkok! The hotel is in a cute, central neighborhood for exploring different districts, the reception was very friendly, and there are many small restaurants nearby. The room was perfect—better than the photos. All in all, I recommend it!
