“A estadia foi razoável.”

The service and coffee were good. The facilities are very worn out; windows don’t close properly and the mattresses are already worn. They’re under renovation, but the price charged was well below the value.

I didn't find my stay very pleasant. The front‑desk staff were inflexible; when I had a problem that needed fixing, they ignored it entirely and didn't even try to resolve it or at least show that they were working on it.

Everything was great—service, facilities, pools, food. The only downside was that the elevator was missing and the spa was closed.
