The bed was comfortable, the price‑performance ratio was good, and the location suited my needs perfectly. The guest toilet and shower had everything, and it was very clean. However, the room couldn’t be darkened – there was no blackout curtain or similar. There was also no small bedside lamp to light up at night, and an extra wool blanket would have been nice in winter, especially for those of us who tend to feel cold at night.

Great feedback! All necessary items are present. The kitchen is multifunctional! Quiet!!! Clean! The cascading fountains are close!!! Super!

I’ve been there twice already. It’s very clean and the beds are great. The shared kitchen and bathroom are also very clean, except for the heating units. Parking is actually always available in the residential area. Edeka is easily reachable and has everything you need. Check‑in and check‑out were very easy, and the staff were friendly. I’ll come back again☺️. The only downside is that the toilet on the ground floor can’t be locked.
