The staff was awesome, top notch, especially the bartender at breakfast. I don’t know his name, but he was awesome. The water park wasn’t fully operational so that was a little bit of a bummer, but I would visit again and would recommend anybody else. The underground river cruise options seemed limited… after signing up and then being denied I think that’s more my fault than anything

Excellent staff, cleanliness and comfort, good facilities and fantastic breakfast. Pure relaxation. We will repeat the house whenever we pass by. Nothing.
