“Pretty but not a five star hotel.”

The place looks nice and is well kept, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the food and drinks at the 1F restaurant and the breakfast were far from five‑star quality; the breakfast itself was disappointing and the coffee was terrible. The hot baths were not hot enough and the cold baths not cold enough, so the courtyard should have offered a wider range of bath temperatures.

The bathtub was huge. The only place to play in the water was the changing room—no shower area.

The staff were really kind and friendly, and the food was pretty good. The facilities were amazing, especially all the pools, and there were fun games and activities. The rooms were cozy and nice, and everything was clean. The food was good, but more options would have been nice.
