The hotel was gracious and the room was spacious and comfortable. The marketing promised a pool, which led us to book, but the pool is gone. The concierge isn’t always available and the hours don’t match what’s advertised.

The breakfast was just right—simple but homey, with unlimited coffee and cappuccinos and a balanced spread. The staff were demanding, but calling a decent breakfast a bad one would be insane. Nothing else to complain about; everything was perfect.
