The place is right next to the school, which is great. I wish they had a breakfast option or a shared cooking area for guests.

I checked in later on my own and the friendly staff explained exactly how to get to my room. It’s close to the marina and the Russian consulate, and the neighborhood is busy but there was no construction noise. The bed was excellent and there’s a big mirror by it. The new plumbing is good, the water pressure is strong, and the vibe is pleasant. The deluxe room wasn’t exactly as pictured – it turned out smaller, with only one chair instead of two. There’s a kettle with an English plug that doesn’t fit local sockets, and hot water is only available on the first floor, like in a hostel.

As the name says, it’s a boutique hotel. The rooms are small, which is expected. The staff were really nice and welcoming. The location might feel a bit far from major tourist spots, but that makes it very peaceful.

The rooms were very clean and tidy. The balcony was wide and the staff were kind. The assistant answered all my questions quickly. A pool and gym were nearby (paid 150 baht per day) and I made good use of them. The nearby restaurant served tasty Thai food. The big mirror for pets reflected me clearly, which I loved. Bicycles were available for rent, so I could freely go to the barber or park and explore more.
