The location is very good, the reception service perfect, and the breakfast service flawless; the only downside is that the breakfast space is tight early in the morning. The facilities look quite outdated.

The location is excellent and the room is very clean. However, there was an unpleasant smell, and the window couldn’t be opened fully to let in fresh air.

The location is great for shopping and for catching the Shakira concert nearby; the hotel itself is lovely, and the rooms are spacious with huge bathrooms. Nothing to add.

The breakfast was fine, and the parking was a big plus; the reception ladies were very friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised when we asked about the Shakira concert – they answered every question. Thanks a lot.
