We absolutely adored our stay in Da Lat—everything from the superb location to the immaculate rooms and friendly staff was outstanding. The workout room, sauna, and spa were highlights, and the room itself was beautiful, cozy, and spotless. Even the smallest touches, like the delightful scents and high‑end toiletries, showed careful attention. The hotel clearly strives to make guests feel special, and we were thrilled. The only areas that could improve are communication—more staff speaking fluent English—and the restaurant, where the food quality varied.

The hotel’s location is great, right by the lake in the city center, and close to night markets, making it perfect for city walks. The facilities are solid, with comfortable beds, a nice downstairs pool, and decent breakfast that meets the hotel’s standards. I arrived on a night bus at 8 am, had no room so I left my luggage to explore; when I returned at noon, they handed me a corner room on the 4th floor even though I was the earliest arrival that day and wanted a 3rd‑floor room. Worse, the room key wouldn’t open the door, so the bellhop had to sprint down to reactivate it; earlier I was denied two keys, and later my wife’s foot injury forced the front desk to give me a second key after I bought medicine and couldn’t get a card, which was hard to understand.

“I would come back to this hotel if I return to Da Lat.”

Breakfast was average and the location was fine. It’s a decent walk to the night market, which is okay for a senior like me.
