The hotel’s location was excellent, right next to the temple, and the view from the window looked out onto a quiet park, not the street. For a single night it was acceptable. However, the bed was dirty, and the staff tried to replace it with another dirty one. Only after some time did we finally get a clean bed, which was unpleasant. A clean bed is a basic comfort for a guest, and you should understand that. Foreign tourists would find the cleanliness level of this hotel fairly low.

This hotel gave me a wonderful stay with impeccable room cleanliness and all the great amenities, including the lift. There was nothing negative; I enjoyed everything as expected.

Excellent location for visiting the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh, but it needs better cleaning and maintenance.
