The host’s service was unbeatable, helping us at every turn. The only downside was that the elevator couldn’t be used, even though we were on the first floor.

“Wenn La Spezia - dann dort!”

The neighborhood is wonderful, even though the city itself isn’t particularly elegant. My Superior room was very spacious, tastefully and lovingly decorated, and the host was especially warm and tried hard to make our stay pleasant. The bathroom was large and elegant, and there was a small but usable balcony overlooking an inner courtyard. The facilities are fully satisfactory for the price. Our room faced the courtyard and was quite quiet. The train station is only a few minutes’ walk away, and all kinds of shops and restaurants are nearby. The host’s local tips were very helpful. We’ll definitely come back! The city itself is known for having little ambiance, but it has apparently become a tourist hotspot for Cinque Terre and Portovenere in recent years, so there are countless travelers from all over the world. The neighborhood and the host are great, no ifs or buts. The city suffers a bit from the tourist crowds, and trains to the coastal villages are also terribly full in September. The city itself offers little, but it’s ideal for exploring the surroundings.

“Etablissement à recommander, très bon emplacement, chambre spacieuse et propreté +++”

Highly recommend this place! Eva was super and gave good advice. The welcome was friendly and communication was good. The room is spacious, well equipped, and very clean. The location is premium because it’s close to the train station, city center, and port. We did everything on foot! In short, you can go there ;)
