“Mieszane uczucia”
The hotel has a lot of strengths: the rooms are spacious, very clean, and the food is genuinely good. The property itself also makes a strong impression, and overall the stay could have been very pleasant. Cleanliness is definitely high. The big downside was the room we were assigned. It turned out to have been part of a larger apartment at some point, so doors still lead directly into an adjacent room. The doors were only blocked by a display case, and sound insulation was practically nonexistent. You could hear everything—including whispered conversations from neighbors—so privacy was nonexistent. At roughly 600 zł per night for a four‑star hotel, this is completely unacceptable; guests should expect not only cleanliness and good food but also comfort and privacy. Aside from this one, but very significant, issue the hotel is otherwise solid. The isolation between these rooms should definitely be improved or they should not rent them separately in the current setup.
