The location was spot on, but the Wi‑Fi was spotty in some spots, a bathroom door was broken, and the bedroom and bathroom had bad ventilation; the Jacuzzi and outdoor sofas were dirty, yet the staff were great.

We skipped breakfast, the spot wasn’t the best but it was safe; however, we could hear every conversation from the next‑door neighbor, the lady next door had sex during the day, and loud music downstairs made us feel unsafe with our kids.

I was close to Menlyn Mall. The photos and the actual place were very different. I booked a room where I expected a shower or some level of privacy, but instead I was sharing everything, which was not what I paid for. If I had known how it was going to be, I would have stayed elsewhere.
