Breakfast was amazing—champagne, orange juice, smoked salmon, cheese, coffee as good as Costa, a full English, croissants, pastries, fresh and dried fruit, cereal, toast, and real honeycomb; the attention to detail was flawless, and the staff service felt like six stars—what a wonderful experience ❤️

The location was good and the staff were friendly, but the buffet breakfast was cold, the glass‑top table in the room rattled all night, and there was no full‑length mirror.

We received a complimentary upgrade at check‑in, the room was clean and comfortable, the location was perfect for the theatre, plenty of restaurants were nearby, and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
