We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's exceptional architecture and authentic charm, which was a refreshing change from the usual glitz and glamour. The spacious areas were beautiful, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet. Our tour of the palm grove, springs, and desert was expertly organized by Ali, making it a truly memorable experience. However, we felt that the hotel's overprotectiveness towards foreign tourists was a drawback, and it ultimately outweighed the benefits.

I was initially drawn to this place, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations due to its lack of maintenance and care. The overall atmosphere is quite shabby and dusty, which detracted from my overall experience. Despite its potential, the hotel failed to impress me.
