“Not upto expectations”

The location was convenient, but the bathroom had an unpleasant smell.

“Corridors are so filthy passing through them are so disgusting”

I had a terrible stay at this property; the room had a strong odor.

“As bad as one can imagine. Absolutely not value for money. Rubbish, stinky, so so small rooms, not at all like photos. N”

This place offers no value for money: the rooms don’t match the pictures, none have a balcony view—everything is shared space. The rooms were tiny, barely enough room to walk, and they were saturated with a wet‑wall smell (seelan). There were no alternative rooms to choose from, and I got sick from the odor. There was no return policy, no complimentary food, and even bottled water cost extra. I specifically asked for birthday decorations or flowers as a freebie, but received nothing. I paid 9600 for a two‑night stay in a single room that felt smaller than a tent.

The view was nice, but the stairs were very smelly.

“Not satisfied”

The rooms were overpriced and smaller than advertised; room service was subpar. The bathroom had issues that were eventually fixed before I left, but the overall experience didn’t justify the cost. There was no extra bed option, and the charges for the service and ambience were excessive.
