The staff were genuinely amazing and accommodating, letting me wait in the facilities cafe for the night bus I’m taking and even holding my luggage for a while. The cleaning crew works quickly and thoroughly, and they’re also funny and friendly. Breakfast is served daily, and the staff always greet you at the door and escort you out with a smile. The location is fantastic—just a 2‑minute walk to the main station, which has frequent buses, and there’s a 5‑floor shopping mall right there.
