I had no positive points to mention; the second floor had no internet and nobody fixed or reported it, the surrounding noise was far too intense, the rooms suffered serious maintenance issues with the air‑conditioners, bathrooms, and locks, my room flooded and the front desk couldn’t resolve it, I was made to wait half an hour because the housekeeping staff was eating, water suddenly leaked from the previous room’s bathroom ceiling, the new rooms lacked a security lock so anyone could open them if you didn’t use a key, the air‑conditioner couldn’t be turned off, one window was completely misaligned and wouldn’t open or close, the soap provided was barely enough for a hand wash so we had to buy our own, there were no hand or foot towels, the hot water was reversed on the tap and took over 10 minutes to heat, there was no real luggage storage area as advertised, the breakfast was the same every day with a small artificial juice cup, the service was horrible and the facilities were awful, a particular receptionist was very unprofessional and unwilling to solve any of the problems mentioned, the rest of the staff were similarly curt, and the price was far too high for the terrible service.

“PÉSIMA”

The photos were misleading; the rooms were in a different building, the bed was dirty and the overall experience was horrible. The rooms were filthy, not as shown, and they didn’t provide breakfast even though it was supposedly included.
