The cleanliness and location are fine, but the night‑shift receptionist Will was irresponsible. A group of Mexicans kept talking from 2:30 am to 5 am, keeping everyone awake. Many people complained. My roommate in room 101 asked for silence and was ignored. The place was very noisy, and the receptionist barely cared about the disturbance.

The hotel is central, clean, functional, and the breakfast is okay. However, a dog in the neighboring room barked and made noise during the early morning, and parties at the hotel and in the café ran until the early hours, creating a lot of noise.

I never got a single greeting from the staff, and when I messaged them a day before arrival to say I’d be driving, they didn’t bother to remind me that the hotel has no parking or any agreements with nearby lots. Instead of being helpful, they replied reluctantly.
