Average. Cleanliness was zero, insects and frogs appeared in bathrooms and rooms, and the owner charged an unreasonably high price. I would not recommend this homestay to others.

The room was well arranged except for the dunlopillow on the bed, which was too high and thick, and the owner’s hospitality was a bit lacking. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing.

The hotel was close to the station and a main street. The air‑conditioner was dusty, cardboard was taped to the windowless part of the glass, and the external and outdoor unit noises were loud. The ceiling fan made a racket, and after staying two nights I asked for fresh towels but they were forgotten. Staff behavior was generally poor, with a few exceptions.

The place felt homely, with basic but clean and spacious rooms and a large balcony; it was a good spot for a night out with friends and the staff‑cooked food was tasty. However, the location was far from the town center, very secluded, and there was no public transport, making it hard to get around without a car.
