The hotel's location was a major plus, but unfortunately, the service was a letdown. We had to deal with no running water for two whole days, and even when we finally got some, the shower handle broke. We had to report it multiple times before it got fixed, and the breakfast was pretty basic with no variety - just eggs and yams or sweet potatoes and yams. To make matters worse, one morning we were served unboiled water with our breakfast.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable - right in the heart of the city. However, my stay was marred by some pretty basic issues. The room I was given was missing essentials like a hair dryer and iron, and I found myself calling reception every day to get it cleaned and restocked with toiletries. What really threw me was that the room I'd booked online was apparently not even available for over a year - the receptionist told me they'd been using a different room number for the same booking.
