The stay was excellent and the team was wonderful; the location was nice and the food was tasty.

I wasn’t happy with the place at all; the water heater meant for a double bed room is tiny, holding only 1.5 ltr of Compton make. It felt far from customer‑friendly.

We didn’t like anything. The receptionist was rude and clueless, falling short of expectations. We’d chosen breakfast because we couldn’t place an order when they called at 8 am; when we tried again at 9 am they refused to take it, yet they served breakfast to the next room in front of us at 9.30 am. The staff didn’t provide the requested extra bed even after Treebo processed our request; we had to wait for the owner to agree. Even after paying immediately in the evening, the bed arrived at 10.30 pm only after repeated requests. The bathroom wasn’t clean and no dustbin was supplied.
