“Nuestra última estadía del viaje .. y la peor :( una pena!”
The location lets you walk to several places: Pucara, the center, the terminal. We were a group of six and booked a 6‑person room through booking, but when we arrived it was too small, with no space for our backpacks and a private bathroom that was uncomfortable for six people and there was no extra bathroom available. Paying more, we moved to two rooms (we couldn’t cancel or go elsewhere because booking would charge us). We stayed three nights, had to change the bathroom tap ourselves, and the breakfast was very basic; they served the same amount for six people as for two. The morning staff was terribly rude; she yelled at my sister because she couldn’t hear me (my sister is hearing impaired). One morning at breakfast we asked her to refill butter, sweets, and bread, and she said we had to eat what was left from those who had already eaten. It was one of the most expensive stays in the north, with the hostel at 20 k per night, and the worst service from the staff (Ana). The owner was friendly. The accommodation only has a private bathroom; there are no shared bathrooms. The kitchen closes at 22 h and opens at 8 a.m. for breakfast hours. There is no way to get hot water if you wake up earlier.
