“Einfach nur traumatisch und ekelhaft”
Nothing. It was simply horrible! The rooms were not cleaned; plates and dishes were left all over the place. It was definitely not an all‑inclusive hotel: food and drinks were only available at certain times, and cold drinks were not always stocked even during all‑inclusive hours. The pool was heavily dirty and uncleaned, with mold everywhere around it. There were no covers on the pool edge, creating extreme fall hazards; the pool rim was partially broken and moldy, and the water slides were also very dangerous. No safety measures were in place; the slides were partially broken and torn. The staff were very unfriendly and unmotivated. Nothing was cleared away; plates, glasses, and cutlery were still on the table, forcing guests to eat at that table because nothing else was free. The food selection was very limited, and if you arrived late you were out of luck. Whatever was gone was gone, it wasn’t restocked.
